Job summary

The Greenleigh in Houston (opening Fall 2026) seeks energetic Restaurant Servers to deliver warm, professional hospitality and create memorable dining experiences. You will be the primary contact for guests, collaborating with culinary, bar, and support teams to ensure seamless service.

Responsibilities include taking orders, processing payments, and maintaining a clean, inviting dining environment while upholding high standards.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills and ability to process guest payments accurately.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 pounds for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and events.
• Food Handler Certification or ability to obtain; TABC Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, and guide them through food and beverage selections.
• Take orders, relay to kitchen/bar, and communicate special requests clearly.
• Deliver food/beverages timely with accuracy and quality presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address requests with professionalism.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, daily specials, and beverage offerings for informed recommendations.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash/ cards per procedures.
• Assist with table maintenance, resets, and maintaining a clean dining environment.
• Collaborate with runners, bartenders, hosts, and culinary team for seamless service.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
• Support opening/closing and side work to uphold restaurant readiness.
