Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality seeks a Bistro Manager for Courtyard Austin The Domain Area, located in the Arboretum area of North Austin. You will lead a fast-paced bistro, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth kitchen operations.

Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining standards, and delivering memorable dining experiences while upholding safety and cleanliness. Overtime eligibility applies for this manager role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–6 months related experience preferred; supervisory experience a plus.
• Must hold or obtain Tips Certification, food sanitation license, and local bartender license if required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with policies, procedures, safety, and security standards.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work varied schedules.

Description

As our Bistro Manager, you'll be the heart of the action —whipping up delicious dishes, serving up smiles (and maybe a cocktail or two), and keeping the kitchen humming. You'll lead and inspire your team while making sure every meal is a memorable experience for our guests!

This position is an overtime eligible manager (OEM), overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.
