Job summary

You will assist in department management, staff training, payroll forecasting, scheduling, and guest relations while ensuring adherence to Omni standards and liquor laws. This position is on-site.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree required; related field preferred.
• Experience in food & beverage operations is desirable.
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of liquor laws and safety regulations is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned shift and assist in department management.
• Support staff supervision according to the manager's duties.
• Complete environmental checks for dining areas.
• Monitor liquor pars and daily supplies; maintain controls.
• Lead pre-meal meetings and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Address guest comments and feedback; follow up on concerns.
• Coordinate scheduling, payroll, and forecasting with leadership.
• Assist in interviewing candidates and training new hires.
