Job summary

The ideal candidate has prior F&B or retail leadership experience, strong communication and hospitality skills, and a passion for guest engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage, café, or barista roles preferred.
• Retail leadership or supervisory experience valued.
• Strong hospitality, communication, and guest engagement.
• Reliable and able to handle keyholder duties.
• Experience with POS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the café and marketplace team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Open/close procedures, cash handling, and safe balancing.
• Support store director in achieving sales and cost targets.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and product knowledge.
• Provide real-time coaching and performance feedback to team.
