Omni Hotels is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a team and ensure outstanding guest experiences in our Food & Beverage outlets. You will oversee shifts, monitor service quality, and maintain dining room standards while coordinating payroll, scheduling, and training.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of beverage operations, and a proven ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience with cost controls and guest satisfaction is essential for success at Omni.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in bar management (highly preferred).
• Experience in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage deadlines and support a team.
• Understanding of Food & Beverage financials including cost and par controls.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktail beverage creation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee F&B Outlets and assign shift coverage.
• Lead a team of associates to deliver prompt, courteous service.
• Complete environmental checklist for dining room.
• Supervise pool staff and operations.
• Monitor liquor practices, bar controls, and waste.
• Forecasts and schedules weekly/monthly, and processes payroll.
• Participate in interviewing new staff as needed.
• Handle guest comments and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain dining room condition and presentation.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and supply orders.
