Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year supervisory experience required.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience preferred.
• Accurate and detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Computer skills - MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and Windows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, train, coach, and evaluate staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Direct daily work activities and inspect work for conformance to standards.
• Establish and uphold quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Address guest questions, complaints, or concerns in a courteous, professional manner.
• Ensure transactions and cash-handling procedures are followed appropriately.
