• Thorough knowledge of F&B operations and guest service standards.
• Experience supervising hotel Food & Beverage outlets.
• Ability to manage budgets, labor, and cost control.
• Knowledge of liquor regulations and responsible service.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, control and administer all Food & Beverage outlets while maintaining Brand Standards.
• Attend meetings and monitor daily financials, labor costs.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and outstanding guest service.
• Maintain outlet scheduling and payroll; manage staff during shifts.
• Monitor POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Develop beverage/program promotions and menu changes.
• Supervise other restaurant personnel when needed.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies.
