Qualifications

• 4+ years in leadership in F&B at a high-end resort.
• Ability to lead and develop a team by example.
• Knowledge of food, wine, sales, and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Manage all F&B outlets for product, waste, and service efficiency.
• Prepare variance analysis for bar programs with departments.
• Update and maintain systems.
• Verify cross-departmental transfers.
• Monitor cost of sales and keep within budget.
• Audit beverage reports.
• Ensure beverage quality across meal periods.
• Develop, cost, train, and input recipes.
• Train teams on standards for bar organization and cleanliness.
• Update POS (Micros) as needed.
• Value every team member's contribution.
• Ensure daily stand-up meetings across F&B areas.
• Collaborate with culinary to deliver flawless service.
• Increase revenues via creative promos and upselling.
• Balance business needs with associates' needs in scheduling.
• Meet with functional group leaders to align goals.
