Qualifications

• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a related field.
• Experience overseeing conference/banquet services or large-scale events is preferred.
• Ability to manage food service operations, sanitation, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Conference and food services and make decisions on important matters.
• Ensure high quality food preparation and service.
• Coordinate with event planners, clients, and guests on event needs and setup.
• Estimate food and beverage costs and manage portions to minimize waste.
• Place orders with distributors and manage deliveries.
• Supervise food preparation for events and guest services.
• Maintain professional appearance and company standards.
• Communicate effectively with team and management.
• Attend team meetings and complete required training.
