Dreamscape Hospitality is seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Director to lead our dining and beverage operations, elevating guest experiences and driving growth. You will oversee outlets, craft menus, and manage teams to deliver exceptional service in a vibrant hospitality environment.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership, strong financial acumen, and a strategic mindset, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to support hospitality operations and seasonal demand.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Director or similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of menu development, inventory management, and cost control.
• Ability to analyze financial data and develop strategic plans.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, catering, and room service.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, increase revenue, and improve operational efficiency.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of managers, supervisors, and staff to ensure high standards of service and quality.
• Monitor financial performance, control costs, and prepare budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to create promotional events, menus, and special offers.
• Conduct regular staff training and development programs to maintain service excellence.
• Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
