• Must be able to manage a team of 30-40 staff members

We’re searching for a dynamic Director of Food & Beverage to lead a diverse, high-volume F&B operation within a premier luxury wellness and hospitality destination. This is not your typical F&B leadership role—you’ll oversee multiple unique concepts under one roof, from health-conscious dining and fresh culinary offerings to elevated beverage experiences and upscale social spaces. We’re looking for a hands‑on, people‑first leader who knows how to build great teams, drive revenue and profitability, and create memorable guest experiences while bringing fresh ideas and energy to the operation.

F&B Director Benefits/Compensation:

• Salary: $75,000 - $80,000
