Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a full-time F&B Catering Assistant Manager to oversee catering event execution, staff management, scheduling coordination, and administrative operations at the LA Memorial Coliseum. This role requires at least four years of managerial experience and supervision of 15+ employees, focusing on operational execution rather than sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of managerial experience in catering, food and beverage, hospitality, or event operations.
• Experience supervising at least 15 employees.
• Strong administrative, scheduling, and financial reconciliation experience.
• Experience executing BEOs and coordinating event changes across departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee catering events from setup to breakdown and post-event closeout.
• Execute published BEOs and coordinate changes with Premium leadership.
• Communicate updated event details, menus, guest counts, timelines, and staffing requirements.
• Supervise a team of at least 15 employees, including scheduling and performance management.
• Coordinate staffing levels with Staffing Department and manage event documentation.
• Reconcile catering payments and resolve discrepancies with Finance.
