Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a General Manager for LA Memorial Coliseum in Los Angeles, CA. The GM will oversee day‑to‑day operations—concessions, retail, catering, and premium services—serving as the primary strategic leader for hospitality and guest experience.

This onsite role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of contract foodservice management, including high‑volume venues, with strong leadership and P&L accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of management experience in contract foodservice, preferably at a sports/entertainment venue.
• Experience in high-volume foodservice with concessions or premium services and alcohol sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.
• Previous P&L accountability or contract-managed service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Legends Global standards for quality and performance in all phases of food and beverage operations.
• Constantly innovating the guest experience – food, service, communications, etc.
• Managing the operational budget, monthly P&L statements, ensuring all financial reporting is accurate.
• Maintaining strong, collaborative working relationships with the client and business partners.
• Overseeing management team, including developing talent, promoting from within, coaching, and performance management.
• Developing yearly operational budgets that result in a fiscally sound operation – including product levels and pricing.
• Overseeing monthly inventories for all departments.
• Verifying, preparing, and submitting reports/monthly projections as required.
• Ensuring unit compliance with federal, state, local, and Legends regulations regarding sale of alcohol, OSHA, payroll, employment and EEO guidelines.
• Performing additional related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required.
• Establish uniform plan and supply.
• Orchestrate soft opening events.
