• Minimum 2 years in a food and beverage management role in high-volume settings.
• Experience managing both union and non-union staff preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel) and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee concessions, exhibitor services, bars, and event support areas during events.
• Lead by example on the event floor and coordinate with managers and supervisors.
• Forecast labor needs with Director and monitor labor cost summaries.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and enforce food safety standards.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs for F&B equipment and collaborate with other departments.
• Support performance management and coaching in partnership with HR.
