Job summary

The F&B Cashier at Crystal Mountain handles guest transactions at the point of sale, keeps stations stocked, and maintains accuracy of cash handling while delivering friendly service. This role reports to the Restaurant Manager and Front of House Supervisor and requires the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience handling cash and using Point of Sale systems.
• Proven exemplary customer service skills.
• Some venues require intermediate ski or snowboard ability to access.

Responsibilities

• Arrives on time, in proper uniform.
• Clocks in and out according to shift.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude with guests.
• Responsible for accurate cash handling and correct change.
• Keeps cashier, condiment, and beverage stations clean and stocked.
• Reports equipment issues promptly and follows policies.
