Job summary

Crystal Mountain is seeking energetic, guest-focused Retail Associates to join our Retail Team on the mountain in Crystal Mountain, WA. You will deliver a friendly, knowledgeable shopping experience and help guests find products for their mountain adventures, while supporting cashiering, merchandising, stocking, and inventory tasks in a fast-paced resort setting.

Positions are FT or PT with wages $20.50–$22.00/hour, plus employee perks, housing for eligible roles, and growth opportunities within

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills expected.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product selection to meet guest needs.
• Build genuine connections and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on apparel, equipment, and resort merchandise.
• Educate guests on product features, sizing, and proper use.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle returns/exchanges.
