Job summary

PENN Entertainment's Hollywood Casino Morgantown is seeking a beverage service teammate to deliver prompt, courteous service to casino guests in accordance with company standards.

This role requires you to be 18+, able to read, write, and speak English, and to work in a fast-paced, smoking environment, with the ability to stand most of the shift. Starting salary is 13.00 per hour, plus tips, with benefits and 401(k) options available as part of the Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • We will provide any necessary training for this position.
  • Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests.
  • Must have basic computer knowledge.
  • Must qualify for a license with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission and meet any credentialing requirement of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
  • Must be able to obtain RAMP certification.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, efficient and courteous beverage service to casino guests in accordance with HCPN policies, procedures and standards.
  • Maintain knowledge of PLCB and RG standards.
  • Be aware of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage trends and monitor guests needs.
  • Promptly fulfill guest requests and operate POS system accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor guests' alcohol intake in accordance with RAMP training.
  • Assist other food and beverage team members with opening/closing duties and side work.
  • Work as part of a team with servers, bartenders, barbacks, supervisors and other casino personnel to ensure smooth operations.

  • Assists other food and beverage team members with maintenance such as side work, opening/closing duties.
  • Participate as a team member with all servers, bartenders, barbacks, supervisors and any other casino personnel to ensure efficient operations.

  • Must qualify for a license with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission and meet any credentialing requirement of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
  • Must be able to obtain RAMP certification.
