Job summary

A leading entertainment company is seeking a Beverage Server to provide exceptional service to casino guests in Pennsylvania. Responsibilities include efficient beverage service, monitoring guest needs, and ensuring compliance with gaming regulations. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess strong communication skills, and be able to utilize a POS system effectively. Training will be provided as necessary, and the role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.

• Must qualify for a license with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission.
• Must have basic math skills.
• Must be able to respond to guest inquiries.

• Must be able to obtain RAMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous beverage service to casino guests.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for prompt, efficient and courteous beverage service to casino guests in accordance with HCPN policies, procedures and standards
• Responsible for having knowledge of PLCB and RG standards.
• Responsible for having knowledge of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages and awareness of new drink trends
• Monitors guests needs on a continuous basis and ensures all requests are promptly fulfilled
• Responsible for accurately and efficiently use of POS system.
• Monitors guests alcohol intake in accordance with RAMP training.
• Assists other food and beverage team members with maintenance such as side work, opening/closing duties.
• Participate as a team member with all servers, bartenders, barbacks, supervisors and any other casino personnel to ensure efficient operations.

• Must be able to obtain RAMP certification.
