Rosie’s Gaming Emporium – Vinton in Virginia is seeking a Supervisor, F&B Beverage-NonEx to oversee day-to-day operations and guide Food & Beverage staff. The role requires leadership, strong guest service, and reliable money handling skills in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years in food and beverage, and must obtain Serv-Safe certification as well as a valid racing license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years progressive experience in a food and beverage environment preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain Serv-Safe certification.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid racing license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations in F&B department.
• Provide guest service training and orientation for new staff.
• Monitor department activities per company policies.
• Review staff performance to meet standards.
• Coordinate with supervisors and managers on schedules and par levels.
• Delegate duties to ensure adequate coverage.
• Oversee opening/closing duties and setup for service.
