Job summary

The Rose Gaming Resort, a $480 million gaming and entertainment destination located alongside I-95 in Dumfries, Virginia, seeks an F&B Supervisor to oversee restaurants and bar outlets. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1-2 years of related experience and/or training.
• Must be able to formulate and communicate ideas and to make independent decisions.
• Virginia Racing Commission License; Serv-Safe certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Food & Beverage team members and delegate duties.
• Uphold service standards and coach staff for performance.
• Ensure safety and security of employees and guests.
• Assist in recruitment, performance reviews, and staff development.
• Manage budget for the Food & Beverage department and operating margins.
• Provide guest service training and departmental orientation.
