Colonial Downs Group LLC is seeking a TEAM MEMBER to serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages at Rosie’s Hampton. You will greet guests, take orders, and deliver drinks with attention to menu knowledge and sales.

This role emphasizes guest service and efficient operations in a dynamic environment. The position requires a High School diploma, 1–3 months of related experience, and the ability to obtain Serv‑Safe certification as well as a valid racing license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to three months’ experience in related fields.
• You must obtain and maintain Serv‑Safe certificate.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid racing license.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests on arrival and regards on departure.
• Takes beverage orders from guests and relays orders to bartender to deliver drink order to the guest at their location.
• Demonstrates salesmanship with complete menu and product knowledge.
• Maintains cleanliness of guest areas including removing empty glasses/bottles and cleaning ashtrays.
• Performs responsible alcohol service with regards to guest limitations.
• Ensures and maintain cleanliness and orderliness of workstation, including restocking service well with supplies.
• Checks supplies and maintains proper set up and cleanliness of service stations before, during, and after shift.
• Prepares coffee and soft drinks for the drink orders.
• Properly garnishes drinks.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
