Lockheed Martin's F-35 Sustainment Business Unit seeks an experienced sustainment program director to lead global services, strategy and international programs, including cradle-to-grave management of sustainment contracts and development of multi-year plans.

The role requires navigating senior US and international stakeholders, shaping investment funding, driving performance against projections, and partnering with JPO, OSD, and FMS customers to sustain growth and program effectiveness.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience with aerospace sustainment, production, or supply chain.
• Prior business development or strategy and program management and leadership experience.

• Lead global services, strategy and international programs across the F-35 sustainment portfolio.
• Direct cradle-to-grave program and portfolio management activities for sustainment contracts.
• Develop sustainment strategy, funding, and multi-year discussions with key stakeholders.
• Partner with the JPO, OSD, international partners and US Service stakeholders to deliver performance.
