Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program Manager 2 to lead a subset of F-35 related programs. You will own P&L, manage cost and schedule, and coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, plans, production, and supply chain to meet program objectives.

You will serve as the primary customer interface, drive risk reporting, and align contractual requirements with execution realities across field, sustainment, and supply elements on a global program.

Qualifications

• P&L responsibility with demonstrated ability to achieve financial performance targets and EVMS usage.
• Experience interfacing with external customers and managing DoD sustainment programs.
• Experience with field and depot maintenance concepts in aviation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to manage programs through lifecycle, incl proposal, startup, execution and closeout.
• Manage P&L, cost, schedule and technical performance for assigned scope.
• Interface with customers, balance contractual requirements and execution constraints.
• Oversee supplier performance and report program risks and opportunities.
• Direct portfolio scopes: Field Support, Sustaining Engineering, and Supply/CLS activities.
