Midwest Eye Consultants in Auburn, IN is looking for an Optician - Eyewear Consultant who will work directly with patients, helping them find eyewear that fits their vision, lifestyle, personality, and budget.

You’ll be an eyewear stylist and patient advocate, assisting with frame selection, lens options, insurance eligibility and co-pays, placing orders, coordinating with the lab, and maintaining a tidy optical area while delivering a great customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School or better.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in selecting frames that suit their vision, lifestyle, and budget.
• Educate patients on lens options and prescriptions.
• Handle insurance eligibility and co-pays, orders, and lab coordination.
• Maintain organized optical area and inventory.
• Provide excellent customer service and build patient relationships.
