The role involves standing and walking, with hands-on work with eyewear and equipment. You will handle insurance eligibility and communicate lens options while building lasting relationships with patients.

Qualifications

• This is not a desk job; you’ll work directly with patients and eyewear.
• You’ll help patients select frames that fit their prescription, lifestyle and budget.

Responsibilities

• Find and fit frames that match patient style and prescription.
• Explain lens options and frame/lens combinations.
• Assist with insurance eligibility, co-pays, and optical orders.
• Perform adjustments and minor repairs as needed.
