You will work in a professional medical office environment, handling insurance co-pays, order entry, and patient communication.

This role emphasizes strong customer service, eye care knowledge, and attention to detail in lab processes and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Experience in eyewear sales and frame fitting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to explain lens options and doctor recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in selecting spectacles with education on choices.
• Calculate co-pays based on insurance eligibility.
• Enter spectacle orders accurately and monitor daily progress.
• Notify patients and schedule dispensing of orders.
• Follow up with patients about adaptation to eyewear and contacts.
• Perform spectacle adjustments and repairs when needed.
• Educate patients on eyewear care and maintenance.
• Maintain inventory for optical area and displays.
