Responsibilities

• Assist patients in selecting spectacles, educating on lens options and frame styling.
• Calculate insurance co-pays based on eligibility.
• Enter spectacle orders accurately and monitor daily status for timely delivery.
• Notify patients and schedule dispensing for orders.
• Follow up with patients on adaptation to eyewear and contacts.
• Perform spectacle adjustments and repairs as needed.
• Educate patients on care of prescribed eyewear.
• Maintain inventory and displays of optical merchandise and lab supplies.
