Responsabilidades

• Assist patients in selecting spectacles, advising on lens options and frame styling.
• Calculate insurance co-pays based on eligibility.
• Enter spectacle orders accurately and monitor delivery status.
• Notify patients and schedule dispensing of eyewear.
• Follow up with patients on adaptation to eyewear and contacts.
• Perform adjustments and minor repairs.
• Educate patients on care of eyewear and maintain inventory of optical merchandise.
• Maintain displays and monitor patient flow during appointments.
