You will coach staff, optimize sales, review financials, ensure quality service, and drive promotions while maintaining store standards and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Optical sales experience required.
• Supervising experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and achieve profit, sales and performance goals (P&L review).
• Oversee eyeglass department for efficiency and policy compliance.
• Lead, coach and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service.
• Review quality and remakes, enforce standards.
• Coordinate with GM, DM, and Corporate for reporting.
• Manage promotions, advertising and visual merchandising.
• Forecast staffing, recruit and retain qualified staff.
• Support scheduling and daily operations.
