Job summary

America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses is seeking an Assistant Eyeglass Manager to oversee the eyeglass department, drive sales, and lead a team toward excellent customer service.

You will monitor performance metrics, coordinate promotions, ensure policy compliance, and support the General Manager with staffing and training to maintain a high-caliber staff and a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in optical sales and store operations.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop staff.
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills.
• Ability to read and analyze financial reports and KPIs.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet profit, sales and performance goals as assigned.
• Oversee eyeglass department for efficiency and compliance.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and consistent team performance.
• Review quality and remakes, enforce policies and standards.
• Coordinate with management and corporate teams and provide store reporting.
