Qualifications

• Optical sales experience with supervisory preference.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and build associate relationships.
• Sound understanding of store operations and success standards.
• Strong communication skills for effective team management.
• Exceptional customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze, create, and understand financial reports.
• Problem-solving across varied scopes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor profit, sales and performance goals including reviewing the P&L.
• Oversee the eyeglass department for efficiency and policy compliance.
• Promote outstanding customer service across associates and doctors.
• Review quality standards, remakes, and policy adherence.
• Communicate store performance to leadership and corporate offices.
• Manage promotions, advertising, and merchandising awareness.
• Supervise and motivate staff and ensure day-to-day tasks are completed.
