Job summary

America's Best, part of National Vision, seeks an Assistant Eyeglass Manager in New Jersey to lead the eyeglass department, coach associates, and drive sales and profitability across the store.

You will supervise Opticians and sales staff, forecast staffing, recruit top talent, and ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company standards. Strong communication and organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• Optical sales experience required.
• Supervising experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and achieve profit, sales and performance goals.
• Oversee eyeglass department efficiency and policy compliance.
• Lead and motivate Opticians and Sales associates to meet targets.
• Communicate store reporting to management.
• Ensure promotions and visual merchandising are current.
