Qualifications

• Must hold a state license where required as a dispensing optician or ABO certification in non-licensing states.
• Passionate about eyewear and retail with a strong customer service mindset.
• Clear, effective communicator capable of explaining tech terms to customers.
• Energetic, positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Extremely detail-oriented and able to manage multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to meet eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Collaborate with team to provide exceptional service.
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, fit, style, and lifestyle.
• Contribute to best practices for sales and customer service across the org.
• Represent the brand and educate others about Warby Parker's values.
