Job summary

MyEyeDr. in Flower Mound, TX is seeking an Eyewear Consultant who will support doctors and teams to help patients see and look their best. No optical experience is required; training and tools will be provided to learn about the industry and deliver a best-in-class patient experience.

You will assist patients with eyewear selection, explain insurance benefits, and collaborate with our Office Optometrist to ensure seamless patient care. Weekend/evening shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing or sales role helpful but not required.
• Willing to learn about industry, product, and services.
• Ability to sell with a goal-oriented mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Friendly, caring, patient-centered and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player willing to collaborate to deliver the best patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising their needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear/frame/lens selection using product knowledge.
• Help meet office sales goals by delivering a positive patient experience built on trust.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients clearly and accurately.
• Assist with fitting, measuring, and adjusting eyewear with company training.
