Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant in Dallas to deliver a best-in-class patient experience. You will support doctors and teams to help patients see, look, and be their best, with comprehensive eyewear guidance and personalized service.

No optical experience is required—training will be provided. Weekend and evening shifts are expected, and you will join a dynamic team focused on high-quality vision care and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing or sales related position preferred.
• Willing to learn about optical industry, products and services.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear selection using product knowledge to educate for best fit.
• Deliver sales outcomes by building trust and strong patient relationships.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients.
• Fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses using company tools.
• Collaborate with Office Optometrist to support patient needs.
• Work with doctors and team to ensure seamless patient experience.
• Demonstrate MyEyeDr. values and brand philosophy to patients.
• Participate in other office duties as assigned.
