Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience, greeting and serving customers and ensuring visual standards are maintained.
• Manage complex customer service situations and VIP clientele retention.
• Stay up-to-date on current product assortment and act as an informed brand ambassador.
• Follow management instructions and attend occasional meetings and shifts as needed.
• Be punctual and communicate any obstacles to the manager.
