LensCrafters is seeking a Sales Associate to provide an exceptional shopping experience, greet customers, and connect with the local community while supporting eyewear selection and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales or customer service experience is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering a great customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers to provide an excellent shopping experience.
• Inform merchandisers and managers on stocking needs.
• Maintain visual standards as directed by management.
• Resolve customer issues with high-touch service and involve management as needed.
• Stay informed about current product assortment to act as brand ambassador.
• Assist with opening/closing duties as needed.
• Adhere to company rules and code of conduct and participate in meetings.
• Be punctual and communicate potential obstacles to management.
• Represent the brand and connect with local communities.
