Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience, including greeting and serving customers and informing merchandisers/managers on stocking needs.

• Manage complex customer service situations for VIP clientele and retain them.
• Stay up-to-date on current product assortment to act as brand ambassador.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
• Adhere to company regulations and attend meetings.
• Maintain punctuality and communicate obstacles to management.
• Represent the brand to the local and broader communities.
