Job summary

LensCrafters in Saint Cloud, MN is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an outstanding eyewear experience. You will assist customers with frame and lens choices, use optical measurements, and collaborate with the Optician to recommend the best vision solutions.

You’ll help maintain a clean, attractive store, meet sales goals, and build lasting relationships with clients. The role values strong communication, reliability, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year retail or customer service experience.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems and basic math.
• Ability to sell using sales skills and meet goals.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Self-motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plan and company objectives by cultivating existing and new customers.
• Recommend lenses and lens coatings using prescriptions.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and coordinate with measurements.
• Take measurements using optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
• Maintain store appearance and inventories; keep displays clean and organized.
• Foster inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
