Job summary

LensCrafters store in the United States is seeking a Casual Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience while building brand loyalty. You will greet customers, stay informed about the latest eyewear, and assist with daily store operations.

You will handle VIP client needs with a high-touch approach, cooperate with team members, and participate in meetings. The role emphasizes punctuality, excellent communication, and a passion for helping people find the right eyewear.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while also being committed to creating an amazing customer experience.
• Self-motivated, team player.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience, including greeting and serving customers; inform merchandisers/managers on stocking needs; ensure visual standards set forth by management are maintained; problem-solve for any customer issues and loop in management for assistance.
• Manage complex customer service situations by applying a high touch level of assistance to VIP clientele on a regular basis and in turn ensure VIP clientèle retention.
• Remain up-to-date and educated on current product assortment to serve as an informed ambassador of the brand.
• Actively listen and act on any instructions given by management or superior as defined by management at any time.
• Occasionally assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
• Comply with professional regulations, internal rules and code of conduct set forth by the company and management.
• Attend and participate in occasional work meetings.
• Hold yourself accountable for shift punctuality and proactively communicate to manager if obstacles arise.
• Serve as an ambassador to the brand by leveraging your innate sensibility, style, and pre-established connection to the local and broader communities where our brands’ culture flourishes.
