LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate in Maple Grove, MN. You will provide an exceptional shopping experience, greet customers, and support daily store operations.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, coordinating stocking needs, maintaining visual standards, handling routine issues, and staying informed about our eyewear collections. Compensation ranges from $16.79 to $25.18 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while also being committed to creating an amazing customer experience.
• Self-motivated, team player.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience, greeting and serving customers.
• Inform merchandisers/managers on stocking needs.
• Maintain visual standards set by management and the company.
• Problem-solve for customer issues and involve management when needed.
• Remain up-to-date on current product assortment to serve as a brand ambassador.
• Occasionally assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
• Attend and participate in occasional work meetings.
• Hold yourself accountable for shift punctuality and communicate obstacles to the manager.
