Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and drive brand loyalty.
• Greet and serve customers and inform merchandisers/managers on stocking needs.
• Maintain visual standards set forth by management and the company.
• Problem-solve for customer issues and loop in management for assistance.
• Remain up-to-date on current product assortment to serve as a brand ambassador.
