Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience, including greeting and serving customers.
• Inform merchandisers/managers on stocking needs and maintain visual standards.
• Problem-solve for customer issues and loop in management for assistance.
• Manage VIP clientele with high touch service to encourage retention.
• Remain up-to-date on product assortment and act as a brand ambassador.
