LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate in New Jersey. You will guide customers through frame and lens choices, use prescriptions to recommend solutions, and support accurate measurements with the optical team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computing.
• Embrace new technology and maintain high accuracy.
• Strong sales skills and accountability for sales results.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-motivated with ability to multitask in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilizes prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and coatings.
• Assists patients in frame selection and coordinates measurements with optical staff.
• Conducts measurements using appropriate optical tools and consults with Optician as needed.
• Fosters a positive store environment and professional relationships with peers and staff.
• Maintains attractive, organized displays and inventory.
• Treats customers and colleagues with respect to promote an inclusive culture.
