LensCrafters in New Jersey is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional eyewear experiences. You will help customers select frames, discuss lens options, and take precise measurements with optic tools alongside the Optician.

We value high school diploma, 1+ year retail or service experience, and strong communication. You’ll work in a fast-paced store environment, supporting team goals and maintaining an organized, welcoming space.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers & calculators.
• Embrace new technology & change with high level of accuracy.
• Ability to sell through use of sales skills and accountability for sales results.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilizes optical prescription to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assists patients in frame selection and coordinates frames with measurements.
• Conducts measurements using optical tools and consults with Optician as needed.
• Contributes to a positive store environment and professional relationships with peers and staff.
• Keeps displays and inventory organized and attractive.
