Job summary

LensCrafters, part of Luxottica, is seeking a Sales Associate in a New Jersey store. You will ensure every patient and customer has an excellent eyewear shopping experience and help guide them to the best vision solution.

You will apply your sales skills, assist with frame selections, and coordinate measurements with the optical team to deliver precise results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers & calculators.
• Embrace new technology & change with high level of accuracy.
• Ability to sell through use of sales skills and accountability for sales results.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilizes optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
• Assists patients in the selection of frames and coordinates frames with optical measurements to help choose the best vision solution.
• Conducts measurements using appropriate optical tools and consults with Optician as needed.
• Actively participates in a positive store environment and maintains professional relationships with peers and staff.
• Keeps displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized.
