Responsibilities

• Deliver sales goals and company objectives by cultivating existing customers and building new ones.
• Refer to optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and coordinate with measurements for the right fit.
• Take measurements using optical tools and consult with the Optician as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and foster professional relationships with peers, management, doctors and staff.
• Keep displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized, showing initiative.
• Treat customers and colleagues with respect to foster an inclusive culture.
