Now Optics, operating as Stanton Optical Brand, is hiring Sales Consultants for its retail eyewear stores in the United States. The role focuses on delivering an easy and memorable experience for patients while promoting eyewear products and services.

You will help customers choose eyewear, meet sales targets, and adhere to quality and safety standards. A high school diploma is required, optical experience is a plus, and schedule flexibility is expected.

• 1+ year of proven track record delivering outstanding customer service while exceeding sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
• Skills to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.

Mansioni

• Greet customers as they enter the store and identify needs to ensure an easy and memorable experience.
• Assist customers in choosing eyewear that fits their budget and eye care needs.
• Troubleshoot and identify problems related to prescription.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to remedy situations.
• Attain sales goals while complying with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain quality control standards including OSHA and safety requirements.
• Keep brand standards by performing basic housekeeping duties when necessary.
• Assemble lenses into frames, edge stock lenses, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Notify management of equipment malfunctions or order issues in the lab area.
