Stanton Optical is seeking energetic Sales Consultants to create an easy and memorable in-store experience for patients while guiding them through our eyewear sales process.

You will drive sales in a fast-paced retail setting, deliver outstanding customer service, and collaborate with a team to meet goals. Optical experience is a plus; a high school diploma or equivalent is required. We offer competitive compensation and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven customer service experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs in a team setting.
• Strong communication skills with diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and assess eyewear needs for a memorable experience.
• Help patients select eyewear that fits budget and eye care needs.
• Troubleshoot prescription issues and resolve customer concerns.
• Meet sales goals while complying with policies and procedures.
• Maintain brand standards and perform basic housekeeping in-store and lab areas.
• Assist with lens edging and assembly to ensure timely order delivery.
• Notify management of equipment issues and incomplete orders.
• Other duties as assigned.
