Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Consultant for our fast-paced retail optical centers in the United States. You will greet customers, identify eyewear needs, and help them choose frames and lenses within budget while hitting sales goals. The role includes light lab duties, product repairs, and ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven track record delivering outstanding customer service while exceeding sales goals in a fast paced retail environment
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
• Skills necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers as they enter the store and identify needs to provide an easy, memorable experience
• Assist patients to choose eyewear within budget and eye care needs
• Troubleshoot and identify prescription-related problems
• Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to remedy situations
• Attain sales goals while complying with company and local policies and procedures
• Adhere to quality control standards including OSHA and safety requirements
• Perform basic housekeeping to ensure brand standards in-store and lab areas
• Assemble lenses, edge stock, and ensure accurate delivery of eyewear orders
• Notify management of equipment malfunctions or order issues
• Maintain delivery time commitments to patients (Now Service, Ready When Promised)
